Carrot cake protein bars:

Ingredients:
🔹50g whey (preferably my protein cinnamon danish but anything is good)
🔹150g ground oats,
🔹2 Whole eggs
🔹80g 0% Fat Greek yogurt
🔹10g Sweetener (stevia)
🔹1/2Teaspoon baking powder
🔹1 Teaspoon cinnamon,
🔹1 Teaspoon ground ginger,
🔹40g raisins,
🔹100g grated carrots,
🔹25g Light butter substitute.

Icing:
🔹180g of light cream
🔹10g stevia sweetener 
🔹80g 0% Fat Greek yogurt
🔹 25g casein protein powder.

1️⃣Add the all the ingredients for the cake to a bowl and mix well to combine.

2️⃣Bake in a pre warmed oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden. Leave to cool completely.

3️⃣ Add all the ingredients for the icing to a bowl and mix well to combine.

4️⃣ Top the cake with the icing and leave in the fridge for at least an hour to set. Cut into 12 even bars.

Notes:

🔸 Don’t try to cut them to soon like I did or they end up a little sloppy. Leave to set in the fridge first.

🔸They can keep really well in the fridge and provide days worth of protein bars.

🔸These not only rival store bought protein bars in terms of taste but they also come close in terms of macros.

🔸If you regularly buy protein bars these will save you a lot money as they cost pennies to make.

🔸They smell incredible when baking. Like Christmas in your oven
