Appearance:🍫 About average size at 60g these have a full, very thin chocolate coating, a layer of crispy rice on top of a light fluffy centre with crunchy cookie pieces throughout
Texture:🔹Very light and fluffy, the crispies and cookie pieces give it a bit of crunch.
Taste: 👅 The chocolate coating is ok but there’s a strong synthetic caramel flavour that over powers everything else.

I’m yet to have an Optimum nutrition bar that I actually like and this one is no different. The caramel flavour has a strong synthetic taste to it and while the texture is pretty good the bar is unpleasant as a result overall.
The protein comes from a quality isolate blend but yet again this product is let down by its flavour. It’s just not on par with the big boys of the industry.
