Appearance: 🔹Slightly smaller than the average cookie at 50g these have a super soft baked appearance with plenty more of large chocolate chunks visible throughout.
Texture🔹: Very soft baked, they almost fall apart and the big chocolate chunks add plenty of crunch. These are very soft though so if you’re expecting a crunchy cookie you may be disappointed.
Taste🔹: Sweet but the right amount of sweet, no signs of that weird artificial sweetener aftertaste that some of the US cookies have. The chocolate chips are spot on.

For a cookie those macros are pretty impressive and the ingredients list reads more like something from a bakery than a factory. With whey isolate being the protein source and no nasty collagen to bump up the protein content. Honestly I find Quest products to be a little hit and miss but they knocked out the park with these.
In terms of taste and texture these are absolutely superb. Way better then the macros suggest. Quest told me that they redesigned the cookie formula for the European market and that these cookies cookies have been made by a small artisan bakery in the Netherlands. They’ve clearly pulled out all the stops and it’s paid off in my opinion. I’ve tried both the US and these new EU versions and this new version wipes the floor with the old one.
