Appearance: 🔹White chocolate coated bar with cookie prices throughout, a caramel layer and a blondies style centre.
Texture🔹: Really nice, much softer than the previous smart bars PhD bars. There’s a great crunch from all the cookie pieces and the right amount of chew. The caramel also gives the bar a pleasing sticky fee.
Taste🔹: Really good. The white chocolate coating is creamy, the toffee is spot on and the centre has a nice vanilla flavour and certainly does have that blondie feel to it.

Every element of these bars is good. From the multiple textures to the varies flavours that all work well together and there’s also a good macro split.
It’s a bit of a shame the protein source is a cheaper milk, collagen, soya blend like all the other PhD bars, but if you can see past that these are a fantastic bar all round.
