This is for anyone who’s maybe set a New Years resolution or goal and feels like they’re drowning in the absolute sea of information out there regarding nutrition.

The main point here is energy balance. Energy balance pretty much determines whether weight will be gained or lost.

Macros will help determine whether weight loss is fat or muscle.

Before anyone calls me on this being a gross oversimplification of a subject that’s way more complicated, you’re right but that is the point of the post entirely. (FYI I didn’t have a big enough text box to write all the lies into, feel free to add your own below)
