PHD smart bar cookies and cream flavour.

Sharing is caring!

Appearance: 🔹 Milk chocolate coating plenty of crispy bits, a good amount of caramel and a soft nought centre. I see no cookie like pieces thought out though.
Texture🔹: similar to the rest of the range. Soft and chewy centre with a really good crunch. The milk chocolate coating melts and the caramel layer is sticky and sweet.

Taste🔹: The milk chocolate coating is really good and the caramel is sweet but this flavour is lacking compared to the others. It comes across a bit bland.

The macro split is pretty good. The ingredients list is also good but the protein again comes from a disappointing blend of milk (which could be anything), collagen and soya. Slightly disappointing they didn’t go which whey or a whey blend.
Of all the flavours I’ve tried of PHD smart bars this one is my least favourite. Slightly higher in calories than the rest given they come across a bit blander. There’s also a disappointing lack of cookies that was indicated by their name.
Also this flavour is more than double the sugar of the others even though it doesn’t taste like it.
7/10
