Makes 6:
Ingredients:
- 60mls water
- 60g whey protein
- 40g Vitafibre
- 10g coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
Method:
- Combine the water and vitafibre in a pot and heat until the the mixture turns clear,
- Add the coconut oil and allow it to melt
- In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients and add spoonfulls of the mixture to a baking sheet - Bake at 160º for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
Allow them to cool and then serve
