Gigantic macro friendlier creme eggs?

Yup it possible…

Per Creme egg:

You will need a silicon egg shape mould.
of course any shape mould will do the trick but being easter and all, I chose the egg shape.

60g Dark chocolate
100g low fat cream cheese
5g Vanilla essence
10g stevia
50g vitafibre
80mls water
15g Bulkpowders unflavoured Casein
1-2 drops yellow food dye

Add the water and the vitafibre to a pot on a low heat.

Break up the chocolate and add it to a heat proof bowl and place the bowl on top of the pot so the heat from below gently melts the chocolate.

when the chocolate is melted, pour it into a silicon egg mould and brush it up the sides ensuring an even coating, then place it in the freezer to set

Mix the cream cheese, vanilla, casein and sweetener in a bowl, at this point the vitafibre should have turned clear and formed a syrup so slowly add this to bowl and mix until you get syrupy texture, and then add this to the fridge for a few minutes to cool.

When its cooled pour 3/4 of the mixture into the chocolate egg moulds, add the food dye to and mix to change the colour and then add this to the centre of each egg, then return to the freezer for a further 10 minutes to set

When ready to server simply pop each egg out of the mould and place the two halves together.
